Post Preferred Employer Program - Qualifying Criteria

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Post Preferred Employer. The qualification criteria are listed below.

  • To qualify for Post’s Preferred Employer Program (PEP), the company must have a minimum of 100 relocations, transfers or new hires per year.
  • The company should have locations in the majority of Post’s markets.
  • Once qualified, the Preferred Employer agrees to distribute the PEP information to its employees through an associate intranet site, company newsletter or other communications channel, in each applicable market.
  • The Preferred Employer also agrees to meet quarterly in-person with a Post representative to review the program.
