- Entry gate repairs
- Anyone trapped or locked out on their balcony
- Elevators
- Garage doors not opening or closing
- Structural damage - Building damage posing any type of danger to residents or property
- Fire alarms

The Post Money Back Guarantee covers all routine repairs received Monday through Friday at noon.
Weekend requests and requests after 12:00 on Friday will be considered Monday calls if not an emergency.
Repairs excluded from the guarantee are:
- Major interior upgrades - painting, wallpaper, carpet, blinds.
- Structural repairs - roof leaks, noise, settling problems.
- Exterior work - gutters, foundation leaks, siding repair, concrete repair, etc.
- Subcontractor work - utility companies, cable company.
- Parts not normally stocked - stove and refrigerator doors, stove tops, etc.
