Spread over 16 acres, Post Tysons Corner is a beautifully wooded community of courtyard and garden apartments. Post Tysons Corner is located in the heart of the Tysons Corner submarket of northern Virginia and offers convenient access to the Dulles Toll Road, U.S. 66 and I-495, and the Metro mass transit system. Residents of Post Tysons Corner enjoy an impressive array of community amenities, including a resort-style pool, four tennis courts, a full-length basketball court, and a beautifully landscaped courtyard complete with ornate fountains and grilling area. From I-495, follow Exit 45A to the Dulles Toll Road (Route 267). Take Exit 17. Turn left at the light, pass through the first intersection, and proceed to the top of the hill. Post Tysons Corner is on the left.

Must be over 1 year old.
Total Pet Deposit:
$700 for one pet up to 30 lbs, $1000 for one pet 31-80 lbs or two pets.
Non-Refundable Pet Deposit:
$500 for one pet up to 30 lbs, $800 for one pet 31-80 lbs or two pets.
Other Comments:
Manager has discretion regarding each property pet policy.
We currently do not accept dogs in buildings 21500.
All breeds must be approved by management.
The following is a noncomprehensive list of dogs that are not permitted:
Akita, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Bull Terrier, Chow, Presa Canario, Shar-peis, any mixed breed that includes any prohibited breed, dogs with specific defensive or attack training, former Military or Police trained dogs, and any dog with a history of biting.
Exotic pets and reptiles are also prohibited.
Qualified assistance animals are always welcome without deposit or fee.
At Post Tysons Corner, the following fees and monthly charges apply. Charges may vary by property and are subject to change without notice. Additional fees may apply.
Application and Reservation Fees
The following fees are due in full at the time of application and are required in order to reserve an apartment. Post will accept payment by check or major credit card for all application and reservation fees.
Application Fee
Non-refundable fee paid by each applicant for verification of information.
Lease Fee
Non-refundable fee required to offset expenses incurred by management. If the application is rejected by management, the non-refundable lease fee will be refunded in full.
Reservation Fee
One bedroom apartment homes
Two bedroom apartment homes
A Reservation Fee, which will become a refundable Security Deposit upon execution of the lease agreement, will be required at designated properties and, after execution of the Residential Rental Agreement [Lease], is held as security for the resident’s fulfillment of the conditions of the Residential Rental Agreement [Lease]. Deposit may be applied by management to satisfy all or part of the resident’s obligations, and such act shall not prevent management from claiming damages in excess of the deposit. If the application is canceled or rejected by management, the Reservation Fee will be refunded in full.
All states except Maryland and Virginia: If the application is approved, and the applicant fails to occupy the premises on the agreed upon date, except for delays caused by the holding over of a prior resident, management will retain the Reservation Fee.
Other One-time Fees
Other Fees needed to lease an apartment may include but are not limited to: Administrative Fees, Amenity Fees, Utility Setup Fee, Refundable and Non-refundable Pet Fees (see Pet Information for more details) and Non-refundable Controlled Access Fees.
Amenity Fee
This annual fee covers the cost of providing amenity services and maintaining community areas for our residents.
Monthly Recurring Charges
Post will accept personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, or electronic ACH payments via the self-service Post Resident Portal.
Rent per lease agreement.
Trash Fee
Current Monthly Trash Fee. Subject to change.
Utility Admin. Fee
Monthly administrative fee that covers the cost of reading, billing and system maintenance for the utility billing systems.

Water Charges
Monthly water usage measured and billed based on the prevailing rates as established by the local municipality. Monthly charges will vary based on a conversion of both consumption and square footage.
Gas Charges
Monthly gas usage charge for all one bedroom apartment homes in buildings 21500 and 21525.

Monthly gas usage charge for all two bedroom apartment homes in buildings 21500 and 21525.
