Pet Information
Managers have discretion regarding the pet policy at their property.
Property specific pet policies are listed on the website page for that community.
A special pet agreement must be signed and followed.
Established pet fees and or deposits must be paid.
Qualified service animals are always welcome without fee.

In General:
Pet Deposits (per animal):
1-30 lbs, full-grown weight = $500 deposit ($150 refundable).
31-80 lbs, full-grown weight = $1000 deposit ($250 refundable).
Maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. Combined pet weight limit is 80 lbs.
All breeds must be approved by management.
The following dogs are not permitted: Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Pit Bull including American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier and Bull Terrier, Chow, Presa Canario, Shar-peis, any mixed breed that includes any prohibited breed, dogs with specific defensive or attack training, former Military or Police trained dogs, and any dog with a history of biting.
Exotic pets and reptiles are also prohibited.
