At Post Apartment Homes, our mission is delivering superior satisfaction and value to our residents. In support of that mission, Post has created a Preferred Employer Program, which is designed to assist you with your move to a new unfurnished Post apartment home.

Benefits include:
• No security deposit. (1)
• 60-day written notice to vacate in the event of a Company Transfer and no cancellation fee. (2)
• Special 25% discount on a Post Guest Apartment.

(1) Resident is responsible for all other amounts owed under the lease.
(2) At the time of giving notice, Resident must provide a letter from the employer stating that the Resident is being transferred beyond a 50-mile radius of the current Post location. Concession pay-backs and early termination fees are waived under a valid preferred employer lease termination.

Note: Minimum six-month lease is required. Not valid in Washington, DC, Maryland and New York City.
