The Post® Brand
The Post® brand name has been cultivated since 1971, and its promotion has been
integral to the Company’s success. We believe that the Post® brand name
is synonymous with high-quality, upscale apartment communities that are situated
in desirable locations and that provide a high level of resident service.
In early 2005, Post announced the launch of a new for-sale housing brand, Post Preferred
Homes™, which serves as the marketing umbrella for our for-sale ventures,
including developing new communities and converting existing assets into upscale
for-sale condominium housing in several key markets. Post’s for-sale ventures
will be marketed under the Post Preferred Homes™ brand to differentiate for-sale
product from our rental portfolio while capitalizing on the Company’s unique
brand heritage.
