Responsibilities
As a Leasing Consultant, you manage your own success by attaining leasing goals, such as occupancy and rent growth, and by building rapport with
prospects and residents. You will use your refined sales and communication skills to manage the full cycle of apartment home rental:
- Generate interest in the Post community by touring the property with prospects as you answer questions about the numerous amenities, local community and beautiful
Post grounds.
- Drive the sale by highlighting the quality of the highly-regarded Post brand and the lifestyle available at a Post apartment home.
- Assist prospects in qualifying for an apartment home by collecting appropriate information and initiating background checks.
- Ensure apartments are prepared for move-in.
- Deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed their expectations, while maintaining resident retention.
You will also use your attention to detail, planning and organizing skills to perform required office activities and coordinate paperwork related to apartment home
rentals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Basic computer skills in a Windows environment.
- Effective communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to interact with others in a team environment.
Assistant Property Engineer

The Assistant Property Engineer upholds the Post standard by having maintenance knowledge and ability in the following areas:
- HVAC
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Appliance Repair
- Carpentry
- Pools
Responsibilities
As an Assistant Property Engineer, you will take direction from the Lead Engineer to:
- Complete service requests for property and amenity repairs quickly and efficiently.
- Conduct preventive maintenance activities.
- Participate in security and gate inspections.
- Maintain Post's award-winning image with external building maintenance projects.
You will also perform a variety of physical activities including:
- Moving major appliances and furniture throughout the complex.
- Installing lighting fixtures.
- Carrying different types of building materials of varying weights.
- Repairing a range of special equipment.
To do all this, you will participate in Post's industry-leading Maintenance Training Program. Recognized for its in-depth and hands-on delivery of relevant maintenance
topics, the Maintenance Training Program helps you to improve your knowledge base in all maintenance-related areas.
Qualifications
- Accommodates an on-call schedule and works weekends when needed.
- Holds a valid driver's license and has dependable transportation.
- Possesses basic computer skills and a strong set of customer service skills.
- Works independently to manage multiple assignments and meet required deadlines.
- Reads and understands maintenance instructions and documents.
Property Monitor
Post is well-known for its distinctive grounds maintenance. An industry leader, Post takes great pride in showcasing the highest quality visual presentation in
each and every apartment community. Our Property Monitors are critical to maintaining the positive first impression our visitors, prospects and residents experience.
Responsibilities
As a Property Monitor, you will:
- Uphold the high-quality condition of the property
- Conduct daily inspections for overall cleanliness of the property, including all public and common areas and routine pool maintenance. Prepare for monthly general
inspections.
- Exhibit flexibility to assist the Lead Engineer with various maintenance functions that positively impact the operation of the property.
- Assist with special projects.
To accomplish your work, you will perform a variety of physical activities requiring you to:
- Work in extreme weather conditions.
- Carry and move items and equipment (of varying weights) throughout the property, i.e., dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.
- Climb ladders and stairs.
Qualifications
- Understands how to use various hand tools and test equipment.
- Retains dependable transportation.
- Possesses the ability to prioritize and has a strong set of customer service skills.
- Works independently to manage multiple assignments and meet required deadlines.
- Reads and understands basic instructions and documents.
Housekeeper

Responsibilities
As a Housekeeper, you will:
- Make apartments prospect-ready for new residents to include: identifying damages and cleaning in and around the apartments.
- Help prospects to see Post in the best light by keeping office areas sparkling.
- Maintain the signature Post quality in all common areas including: fitness center, laundry area, business center and community center.
Qualifications
- Work independently while prioritizing a variety of activities.
- Have a strong set of customer service skills.
- Perform various physical activities with both hands.
- Carry items weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Operate property-related equipment such as a vacuum, golf cart or motor vehicle.
- Read and understand basic instructions and documents.
- Bilingual is a plus.
