Jessica- Business Support Specialist
Jessica - Business Support Specialist
I was introduced to Post Properties at the UGA career fair at the recommendation of a former professor and started my career in October 2005 as a Leasing Consultant. I was quickly promoted to an Assistant Manager in July 2006, and I later became a Business Manager at Post’s largest Atlanta community. In January 2008, I was promoted to a Property Manager position. I had the opportunity to transfer to Austin, TX, to be the Property Manager of a lease-up community. In 2010, I moved back to Atlanta to assume the role I currently hold as Business Support Specialist at our Corporate Office.

I enjoy working at Post because of the positive work environment and the great relationships I have made with my teams and employees throughout the company. Post believes in promoting within and has provided me with many opportunities to grow and advance in my career. I am thankful for all of my managers and upper management that have believed in me and helped guide me to my current position today.

My experience with Post has allowed me to earn several recognitions such as: Smart Start Coach for four years, Property Manager of the Month and Assistant Manager of the Month one time each, five times Shopper of the Month, Manager Council participant 2010, White Sox Award highest admin scores 2009.
Stephanie- Property Manager
Stephanie - Property Manager
I began my career with Post right after I graduated college in May of 2007. As a Leasing Consultant, I loved meeting new people each day, assisting them with finding a new home and building rapport with residents and my co-workers. I was fortunate enough to work for a manager who challenged and pushed me to excel each day. I was soon afforded the opportunity to train as an Assistant Manager, where I began learning the financial aspects of managing and operating a property. In this role, I became more aware of how dynamic my work environment truly is, as each day brought new challenges. Rising to these challenges earned me "Assistant Manager of the Year" in 2010. My desire to learn and do more with each day was soon met with great responsibility when I was promoted to Property Manager. My ability to multitask, manage a staff, interact with prospects and current residents, grasp financial models and strive to meet monthly and quarterly goals are only a few of the things I do each day. My drive, determination and more importantly, the support I receive from Post, has given me the opportunity to advance in my career.

I can honestly say, "I love coming to work each day." Post makes a concerted effort to only hire the best, and that level of commitment allows me to work with the greatest people. I have been supported throughout my career by a network of people who also believe in the company they serve. The Post culture is filled with support, service, training, recognition and great personal reward.
Victor- Lead Engineer
Victor - Lead Engineer
I was a property monitor for a management company at a property that Post acquired in 1992. That was nearly 20 years ago. I have achieved many of my goals over the years which have allowed me to grow into a Lead Engineer position and oversee the maintenance initiatives at my property. I enjoy working at Post because I love to work with the residents and my team. I always learn something new which motivates me to become more successful. I also enjoy teaching others the knowledge I have gained over the past years at Post. They really put an emphasis on education, and the leaders of the company are there to support the associates in achieving our goals. Some of the recognition I have achieved over the years are: "Lighting Award" eight times, "Quarterly Maintenance Performance," "Senior Property Engineer of the Year," and "Maintenance Top Performance" four times.
