Stephanie - Property Manager
I began my career with Post right after I graduated college in May of 2007. As a Leasing Consultant, I loved meeting new people each day, assisting them with finding
a new home and building rapport with residents and my co-workers. I was fortunate enough to work for a manager who challenged and pushed me to excel each day. I
was soon afforded the opportunity to train as an Assistant Manager, where I began learning the financial aspects of managing and operating a property. In this role,
I became more aware of how dynamic my work environment truly is, as each day brought new challenges. Rising to these challenges earned me "Assistant Manager of
the Year" in 2010. My desire to learn and do more with each day was soon met with great responsibility when I was promoted to Property Manager. My ability to multitask,
manage a staff, interact with prospects and current residents, grasp financial models and strive to meet monthly and quarterly goals are only a few of the things
I do each day. My drive, determination and more importantly, the support I receive from Post, has given me the opportunity to advance in my career.
I can honestly say, "I love coming to work each day." Post makes a concerted effort to only hire the best, and that level of commitment allows me to work with the
greatest people. I have been supported throughout my career by a network of people who also believe in the company they serve. The Post culture is filled with support,
service, training, recognition and great personal reward.
