Post Preferred Employer Program
At Post Apartment Homes, our mission is delivering superior satisfaction and value
to our residents. In support of that mission, Post has created a Preferred Employer
Program, which is designed to assist you with your move to a new
unfurnished
Post apartment home.
Benefits include:
- No security deposit. (1)
- 60-day written notice to vacate in the event of a Company Transfer and no cancellation
fee. (2)
(1) Resident is responsible for all other amounts owed under the lease, including
additional security deposit if necessary to qualify.
(2) At the time of giving notice, Resident must provide a letter from the employer
stating that the Resident is being transferred beyond a 50-mile radius of the current
Post location. Concession pay-backs and early termination fees are waived under
a valid preferred employer lease termination.
Note: Minimum six-month lease is required.
Not valid in Washington, DC, Maryland and New York City.
